Pitline
Privacy
Pitline stores what a city desk needs to dispatch work. We do not sell personal data.
Updated September 23, 2026
Pitline stores the account you create, the photos and short videos you upload, GPS coordinates on a report, comments, contractor job updates, and device identifiers used to trust a phone or browser. City staff in your organization can see reports filed against that city.
Passwords are stored hashed on Pitline servers. Billing goes through Stripe. Card numbers never hit Pitline. Contractor job links identify a work order, not a Pitline user account.
You can delete your account from Account. That removes your login, trusted devices, and records tied to you. If you are the only owner of a city desk, that desk is removed too. Canceled paid organizations are otherwise retained for 120 days, then deleted.
